After enjoying university life for 2 years, finally it comes to my final year in the university. My programme require all of us to do “Final Year Project” (FYP) in order to show what we have learnt in the past 2 years. BBBBBBBBBasically, we learnt not much, I think. Anyway, we have to do it.

With my background of being a webmaster of personal website, WWW as a world for entertainment is a message that I would like to spread, sharing everything you will find interesting on my website is what I’m doing. Therefore, my direction is write a web application that is entertaining.

There are numerous of web application, it is not an easy job to make a break through. What I longed for, is something like Zeroboard/ N@board where most of us familiar with, wanted to make improvement on them. However, I get know with Joomla, an extremely powerful CMS (Content Management System) make me believe I could never write better than it. I talked with Samson (T.Chi translater for Zeroboard, studied Computer Science in Cambridge), and I have no way to denial “Even Zero cannot complete Zeroboard within an year!”, I definitly need to find something more easier to complete.

My advisers, Ryan & Donny said, “Your idea might be fine as a CS FYP, but not creative enough to be a CM FYP.”. Therefore, I have “make up” some creative element in my project. All kinds of “creative element” I could have are based on the user experience and interface design. After some discussion, we finalized the topic as :

The first difficulty comes up, I don’t know how to write a Flash website myself! I’m bad at moving images too! It recall my nightmare of making 30s animation on Typography. My Brain cannot process transition from one scene to another. Confused Work hard anyway…
